Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

 We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products as you receive an instant download at the time of purchase. Please contact us at hello@makeorium.com with any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Physical Products

We do not accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order at hello@makeorium.com.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item, as long as item is in new and unused condition. Please contact us at hello@makeorium.com to coordinate. Return shipping charges and/or charges for shipment of exchanged item will be incurred by the customer.
