E-Commerce

We offer products/services for sale on this site using Shopify. To avoid learning your credit card information, we've partnered with Shopify Payments to process payment securely. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. 

Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

 We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products as you receive an instant download at the time of purchase. Please contact us at hello@makeorium.com with any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Physical Products

We do not accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order at hello@makeorium.com.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item, as long as item is in new and unused condition. Please contact us at hello@makeorium.com to coordinate. Return shipping charges and/or charges for shipment of exchanged item will be incurred by the customer.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Products subject to customs may experience delays outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Intellectual Property

Digital products are for personal use only, not to be copied for others, distributed, altered, or sold. The buyer may print as many copies as desired for personal use, but not for further distribution. All copy, images, and designs are the property of Makeorium.

Products or Services

Certain Products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These Products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

We do not warrant the the quality of any Products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Modifications to Products and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of products.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to update your account and other information promptly, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

This site contains intellectual property owned by Makeorium, LLC, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. However, we want you to share our content.
